In our previous life on land, Marcie and I were secretly overjoyed when we had the time to leisurely stroll through the isles of our local Home Depot. Since embarking on this epic adventure, when we have been lucky enough to find ANY hardware store it’s only been about the size of a suburban American walk-in closet. You can probably only imagine my delight when we stumbled on a Home Depot-sized store in Sicily called Bricoman. It was unbelievable….like a hardware oasis! It was as big as a HD and just as Orange! Marcie and Daisy soon tired of the exercise as I zoomed up and down every isle, slowly filling my little pull-cart with numerous must-have pieces of this-and-that I needed to finish off countless projects on Wanderlust. Lets just say it was a great day.
